Set Up Tickets
1
Create a panel
Go to Dashboard → Tickets and create a panel: pick the channel it gets posted in, the category that new ticket channels go under, and the roles that handle them. Add a button and save — the panel appears within a few seconds. From Discord, run
/ticketpanel create to make the panel, then /ticketpanel addoption to add a button to it.2
Set a transcript channel
Run
/ticket settings or configure it on the dashboard. Without a transcript channel, deleting a ticket deletes the conversation with it.3
Check bot permissions
Make sure the bot has Manage Channels permission. It needs this to create and remove ticket channels.
How Tickets Work
When a member clicks a button, they answer the optional question you set — then a private channel opens that only they, your support roles, and the bot can see. Everyone involved receives a private link to it; no one else sees a thing. Each button can have its own question and send its tickets to its own category, so a “Support” button and a “Report” button don’t have to land in the same place. Staff can:- Claim the ticket as theirs to handle
- Add or remove people from the channel
- Rename the channel
- Close the ticket, making it read-only for the opener
- Reopen a closed ticket, restoring the opener’s access
- Delete the ticket — when a transcript channel is set, a transcript is saved before deletion
