Premium adds optional extras on top — see what's included and how to subscribe. Everything documented in these docs is free — on every server, with no expiry date, no usage caps that tighten later, and no catch hiding further down the page. That's deliberate. The docs describe what Newt actually does, and what Newt actually does is free. ## What's free, permanently Every command in these docs — moderation, logging, welcome messages, autorole, tickets, giveaways, role panels, server statistics, birthdays, bump reminders, custom commands, and everything else — is free on every server that adds Newt. Nothing moves behind a paywall later. Specifically: * **No nag messages.** The bot will never interrupt a command to tell you to upgrade. * **No locked commands.** Nothing appears in the command picker and then refuses to run because you haven't paid. * **No trials that run out.** There is no free tier that downgrades after 14 days or 30 days or any other period. If it's in the docs, it works, right now, for free. ## What Premium adds Premium is a set of extras on top of everything above. It's billed monthly or yearly, and buying it doesn't change how the free features behave — it only unlocks the extras. The extras currently mentioned in the docs are: | Feature | Free | Premium | | - | - | - | | Ratings survey | Retention and `/discovery` are free; the survey itself requires Premium | ✓ Survey included | | Custom commands | Up to 10 | Up to 30 | | Server counters | Up to 3 | Up to 8 | The survey being Premium means you can measure retention and check your Discovery eligibility for free — the `/retention` and `/discovery` commands work without Premium. The survey message itself (the 1–10 rating card that gets posted and the reminder system) is the part that requires Premium. ## Pricing Current prices, billing options, and how to subscribe are on the [Newt Premium page](https://newt.bot/premium). Premium is still rolling out. The pricing page reflects what's actually available right now — it won't let you pay for something that isn't live yet.
