# All commands

> Every Newt command, what it does, and who can run it by default.

<Tip>
  `<member>` is required, `[reason]` is optional. **Who** is the default. Change it on the [Permissions](/permissions) tab.
</Tip>

**Permissions tab** means Discord permissions don't count: allow the role on the dashboard's [Permissions](/permissions#give-your-mods-access) tab. **Ticket staff** means the panel's support roles. Whoever opened a ticket can also close it.
